Are there any fee's or extra expenses when our property is managed by JP Property hunt ?
> No there is no additional fee or cost, just a guranteed monthly rent each month, on the same day every month via an automated BACS payment system direct into your nominated bank account.
Do I need insurance ?
> Yes the landlord is responsible to provide building insurance as well as any licence needed to proceed to a HMO property management with us.

What about damages and insurance?
> We would recommend all landlords to have building insurance, and warranty on any items, however all fixtures and furniture included will be part of our lease contract to fully repair and insure any man made damages. This means at the end of our contract we will return your property to the original state.
